Track the detailed order information and order history

GoF&B helps you manage orders efficiently, track the status of orders in real-time, and easily look up past orders. This enhances service quality and supports accurate business decision-making. Follow these steps to track the detailed order information and order history.  

The process is as follow:  

Step 1: Access the GoF&B Admin Page at https://admin.gofnb.biz/ 

Step 2: On the main screen, you click on Report. 

Step 3: Next, you click on Transaction. 

Step 4: In the Order interface, you can track related information such as: 

The number of orders based on: 

  • Platform. 
  • Service type. 
  • Status. 

Track the detailed order Information and order History in the Order Management section: 

  • Order ID. 
  • Created time. 
  • Type (Service Type) 
  • Customer. 
  • Total bill (USD). 
  • Platform. 
  • Status.
