Create customer segment based on customer data

The feature of creating customer segment based on customer data on GoF&B helps you understand the habits and preferences of different customer groups. This allows for the creation of tailored promotions and services for each group, enhancing your customer experience and satisfaction. 

The process is as follow:  

Step 1: Access the GoF&B Admin Page: https://admin.gofnb.biz/.   

Step 2: On the main screen, you click on CRM. 

Step 3: Next, click on Customer Segment. 

Step 4: Here, click on Add new to proceed with creating a customer group. 

Step 5: In the Create Customer Segment interface, fill in the required information: 

  • General Information: Enter the customer segement name. 
  • Condition: 
  • Select If any condition match or All condition match. 
  • Objective: Click on Customer Data. 
  • Customer Data:  There are six conditions to set criteria for grouping: 
  • Registration date. 
  • Birthday. 
  • Age. 
  • Gender. 
  • Platform. 
  • Tag. 

Note: You can click on Add condition to set additional criteria for customer segment. 

Step 6: Finally, click Save to complete the process. 

Step 7: At this point, all customers saved in the system who meet the specified criteria will automatically be categorized into the customer segment. You can view detailed member information in the Number of Customers section of the Customer Segment Management interface.
