Check the status and history of email marketing campaigns
On the GoF&B admin page, you can review the status and history of each email marketing campaign to make timely adjustments and improve future strategies.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Go to the GoF&B admin page (https://admin.gofnb.biz/login).
Step 2: Go to the Marketing section and select the Email campaign.
Step 3: At the Email Campaign Management, you can track the status (Finished, Scheduled) of each email marketing campaign in the Status column on the right side of the screen.
Step 4: Select the specific campaign name to view the detailed history of each email marketing campaign.
Step 5: In the summary of your email marketing campaign, you can find information such as:
- Summary: Total sent, Successfully sent, Resent successfully, Failed.
- General Information: Name, Campaign description, Sending time.
- Email Information: Subject, Send to, Customer group.
Step 6: To view the details of the selected campaign, tap the View details button. The system will display information about that campaign, including:
- N.O.
- Email.
- Sending status.
- Number of times sent.
- Last sending time.
Step 7: To return to the Email Campaign Management interface, click Leave.
