View analytics – shift reports

For enhanced staff management, you can monitor performance on a shift-by-shift basis through visual analytics and reports available in the GoF&B system.

Step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Go to the GoF&B admin page (https://admin.gofnb.biz/login).

Step 2: At the admin page, go to Report, select Transaction.

Step 3: Tap Shift.

Step 4: Choose the time period and branch (or all branches) for which you’d like to view shift reports. 

You can now view shift reports in the following ways:

View summary

Step 5: In the Summary section of the report, you will find a general assessment of the performance of all staff at each branch (or across all branches) with the following items:

  • Order: The total number of orders completed by all staff.
  • Sold products: The total amount of food sold by all staff.
  • Total discount: The total discount amount applied to the customer.
  • Gross revenue: The total amount collected throughout the selected time period.

View shift details

Step 6: A list of all employee shifts is displayed in columns, including:

  • Shift ID.
  • Branch.
  • Staff.
  • Revenue.
  • Payment method.
  • Total order.

Step 7: To view details of each shift, select the specific shift from the list of individual shifts.

Step 8: In the Shift details interface, the staff’s shift information is clearly displayed, including the following details:

  • General information: Shift ID, Branch. Staff, Time.
  • Revenue: Total revenue (Total received, Unpaid), Revenue by payment method, Revenue by service type.
  • Money during the shift: Initial amount, Gross revenue, Discount, Deposit, Withdrawal amount, Remain amount.
  • Order: Succeed order, Canceled order, Incompleted order, Order detail (Order ID, Status, Service Type, Details, Customer), Sold product (Product, Product type, Quantity).

You can export the shift report, including all the information, to an Excel file by clicking the Export button on the Shift Details interface.
