Approve or reject and manage unavailable ingredients disposal history

GoF&B empowers you to carefully review and decide on disposal requests. This ensures that only genuinely unavailable ingredients are discarded, effectively preventing waste. 

This feature fosters transparency by meticulously recording the history of all unavailable ingredient disposal decisions. This makes it simple to export and review past actions, thereby enhancing the accountability of your staff. 

The process is as follow:    

Approve or reject unavailable ingredients disposal requests 

Step 1: Access the GoF&B Admin Page: https://admin.gofnb.biz/. 

Step 2: On the main screen, click on Inventory. 

Step 3: Next, click on Inventory Control. 

Step 4: In the Inventory Control interface, click on UNAVAILABLE INGREDIENTS in the top options bar. 

Step 5: Here, you can monitor the requests for unused ingredients disposal. Click on each specific request to review the details. 

Step 6: The main screen will provide the following information: 

  • General Information: 
  • Branch or Warehouse: Location of the ingredient storage requesting disposal. 
  • Reason for  the request: Includes three options: 
  • Ingredients are out of date. 
  • Ingredients are damaged. 
  • Others. 
  • Description: Any notes or comments related to the disposal request. 

  • Ingredient Information: 
  • Ingredients: Name of the ingredient requested for disposal. 
  • Total Quantity: The total quantity of the ingredients stored at the branch. 
  • Unavailable: Quantity of the ingredients that cannot be used. 
  • Reason: The reason for proposing the disposal of unavailable ingredients. 
  • Available: The quantity of the ingredients that can still be used. 

Step 7: After reviewing the information, you can make a decision regarding the disposal request. 

  • To approve the request, click Approve Request. 
  • To reject the request, click Reject Request. 

Manage the history of unavailable ingredients disposal requests 

Step 1, 2 and 4: You can follow the Approve or reject unavailable ingredients disposal requests guide. 

Step 5: The software will provide a list of unavailable ingredients disposal requests. Click on each request to see the details and the status of approval or rejection. 

Step 6: You can use the search feature and smart filters to optimize your management time.
