Apply membership-level discounts automatically
The automatic discount system based on membership levels ensures that special offers are accurately calculated and applied, guaranteeing that each customer enjoys the perks of their membership, thereby enhancing loyalty and satisfaction.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Go to the GoF&B admin page (https://admin.gofnb.biz/login).
Step 2: At the admin page, go to CRM, select Membership.
Step 3: In the Membership management interface, click Add new.
Step 4: Fill in the information fields on the Add Membership Level page.
Step 5: Set up discounts automatically based on membership levels:
- Accumulated Point: The specific number of points customers must accumulate to reach this membership level.
- Discount: The percentage discount on orders for customers who reach this membership level.
- Maximum Discount: The maximum discount per order for customers.
Step 6: Tap Save to finish.
Note: If the customer has reached this membership level by accumulating points, all future orders will be automatically discounted according to the set conditions.
